Delivery Information
We aim to deliver your order the next day, and in most cases, that’s exactly what happens! Occasionally, due to courier schedules, delivery may take up to 48 hours — but don’t worry, your food is fully prepared for the journey.
All our meals are carefully packed frozen with insulated packaging designed to keep everything perfectly safe and cold for the full 48-hour transit window. By the time it arrives, it’ll be beautifully thawed and ready to cook or reheat.
Planning for a special occasion? We’d recommend ordering 1–2 days before you need it, just to give yourself a comfortable buffer. That way, your food arrives with plenty of time and zero stress!
