Delivery Policy

Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. We aim to deliver on that date, but courier delays can occasionally mean your order arrives the following day.

Deliveries are expected between 9–5, and the courier will notify you by text message on the day with a more specific time.

Planning for a special occasion? We recommend choosing delivery for the day before you need it, to give yourself a comfortable buffer.
