Delivery Policy

All orders for London are subject to being given 3 hours notice (to arrange a suitable courier)

All nationwide deliveries are SENT THE SAME DAY (unless the customer has ordered for a later date) IF THE ORDER IS PLACED BY 4:30PM, and DELIVERED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. There are no nationwide deliveries made on a Sunday. Any orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be sent the following Monday (unless a later date is required) and delivered on the Tuesday. 

Nationwide deliveries can be delivered anytime of the day, as per the courier conditions, but you will be notified of a specific delivery time by the courier on the day.

If you are not in, the courier will leave it the most safe secure and element proof location possible, and take a picture for proof.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic etc.
